11. My bedroom is not a particular fun place to go. There is nothing exciting about it except that it has some books and a computer. On my computer and work desk, there are piles of junk everywhere that have not been touched for weeks. There are awards for school and track scattered throughout to show that I have achieved something. Next to the bed there is a small desk which I keep current books that I am reading, and also a lamp. Above this desk is a calendar which I keep track of everything on. To the right of the bed, and above the bed, there are some posters of some of my favorite movies when I used to watch James Bond. There are a lot of chargers hooked into the plugs for things such as my phone. My sports and book bag are on the ground for easy access to get to homework. Across from my bed is my closet, which you do not want to go into unless it is clean. On the floor of my room lie many pairs of shoes that I have used for track. There are two windows that I can look out of in my room. One looks out onto the backyard, while the other looks out to next door. My room is the north-east part of our house. It is one of the smaller rooms, but that is what makes it feel so comfortable. The walls are plain, old white with some markings from posters or squashed bugs. The carpet is green and there is a smoke detector above the door in case of emergencies. In the corner of my room lies an old piggy bank which I used to store money in, and a music stand which I practice my saxophone with.

The album Letters to No One, by Coheed and Cambria, is all rock songs. Each song has an eerie feeling to it because each song was written for a deep meaning. I personally would like to own this album because there songs are fun to think about. The songs each tell a different story, which is why people get hooked into them. This album would sky rocket to the top of the charts. The singer wants you to feel all the emotion in the songs. If you like rock, alternative, or alternative rock then this cd is the one for you. This album was written in the year 2009 just to have the purpose of getting to the top of the charts for the New Year. So far, over three thousand copies have been sold.

6. Homer Simpson's Diary

Sunday: Today I want to the church with me family. It was dumb! After me was able to go Moe's Tavern to get beer! Bart tried to come with me, but Marge wouldn't let the boy come. The last thing I remember before writing about me in this diary is that I woke up on the ground outside the bar.

Monday: I woke up early for work today. In fact Mr. Burns was happy when I walked through the door, even though everyone was already working. It didn’t make sense; he punished me for coming in earlier than usually do for once. Then I found out I was still late, doh!

Tuesday: Another boring day at work. At one point there was a problem, but I solved it by pushing a random button on button panel. Later I try and convince Marge to take us to dinner, but I snuck out with guys and had some beers again.

Wednesday: It the middle of the week. My favorite day because Marge promised dinner tonight. Bart and Lisa had some dumb concert which I was forced to go to. I could not believe they made those kids dress up in those dumb costumes. Marge told me I had to much to drink and that I was imagining them doing stuff.

Thursday: One more day until break day. Work went pretty smoothly even though I got my hand stuck in the vending machine because I had no money. When they finally got me out they realized I was just holding the food I was trying to steal. I got laughed at and then went home.

Friday: Last day. This week sure flew by. Today me and Barney snuck out to go to a convention. The only problem was that Barney took me through some exit which led to the top of the power plant. He pushed me off, but at least I got to go the convention.

Saturday: Today Marge and me is going to the candy convention. Two conventions in one weekend makes my brain go hurt. We stole some candy, but then I saw a rare gummy. As I took the candy, people around got very mad and chased us all the way home.

2009

This year does not feel different from last year, probably because we were still on winter break for the first few days of the new year. I spent winter break doing nothing. I saw a movie, ran at practice and at some meets, and slept. I do not have any resolutions because I do not take the time to think of any, except get under five minutes for the mile. I know everyone wants to hear about track right now :).

Tonight is the first indoor track meet of the season. It may be only our school, but everyone should still come and watch. Erika is going to run so it is the biggest event of the year :P. I cannot wait to run the mile; it will be so exciting running my favorite event again. It is also good to have a night meet because I can come right home and do all my homework beforehand.

Hopefully this week and next week will fly because then there are two days of school and then winter break starts. I am excited for Hanukkah, yes I am Jewish, and I think this winter break will be a good one. My first indoor track meet is on Saturday, but I do not know if I am even running in it. From Saturday until February, there is a meet every week (even over winter break :( ). I was sick last Friday; it was not fun. I felt cut off from the outside world for the whole weekend because I did not see any of my friends except for one. The only time I even went outside was when I went for a run.

The first indoor track meet is next Saturday. The sad thing is that there might be cuts on the team for the first time. There have never been cuts since I started running, and I never thought there would be, but our coach said if people do not meet the times he wants they are off the team. The other sad thing is that only one person from out team can compete in each event. This means that I have to step it up or I will not even be able to run in a meet. The only nice thing is that we have four home meets where everyone can run.
